Auch wenn die aktuelle Corona-Pandemie die meisten Nachrichtensendungen weitestgehend vereinnahmt, bleiben bisherige Konflikte und Krisen nach wie vor eine Herausforderung für die Weltgemeinschaft. Das betrifft insbesondere Teile Afrikas und des Nahen Ostens, wo Konflikte auch 2020 weiterhin gewaltsam eskaliert sind. Diese Entwicklungen bieten Anlass für ein Interview mit einem Konfliktforscher.
